Beaming is a native macOS app that mirrors real iPhones, iPads and Android phones on your Mac, each in its own true-to-life device frame. Android phones can be controlled with the mouse and keyboard; iPhones and iPads are mirrored with their audio. ### Do I need to install anything on my phone? No. iPhones and iPads stream over USB, or over AirPlay Screen Mirroring on Wi-Fi, with nothing to install. Android phones only need USB debugging or wireless debugging turned on; Beaming brings its own scrcpy server. ### Can I control my iPhone from the Mac? Not yet: iPhones and iPads are view and audio only. Android phones get full control: touch, keyboard and paste, Back, Home, Recents, Rotate, and the power and volume buttons on the frame. ### Does it work without a cable? Yes. Android pairs over wireless debugging with a QR code, a pairing code, or by switching a USB connection to Wi-Fi. iPhones and iPads use AirPlay Screen Mirroring from Control Center. ### Can I mirror several devices at once? Yes. The Hub shows several devices in one window, in a Grid or with one device in the spotlight. Click a thumbnail to swap it in; the focused device plays its audio. The whole Hub can be recorded or screenshotted. ### Which Macs does Beaming run on? Any Mac running macOS 15 or later. On macOS 26 and later, the controls use Liquid Glass. ### Does Beaming collect my data? No. The stream goes straight from the device to your Mac over USB or your local network and is never uploaded. Screenshots and recordings are saved on your Mac. The only network calls check your license key with Polar and look for updates on GitHub. ### What is the difference between Free and Pro? Beaming Free has every feature, with three limits: a "Beaming Free" watermark on the stream, mirroring sessions that stop after 10 minutes (Mirror Again starts a new one), and screenshots and recordings saved as the bare screen. Beaming Pro removes the watermark and the time limit and unlocks the capture editor for device frames, backgrounds and layouts, for a one-time price from $19.99 for one Mac up to 10 Macs. ### How do I get my license key? Buy through the Polar checkout and the key arrives by email right away. Paste it into Settings › License to activate that Mac. ### How much is Beaming Pro for several Macs? A one-time price per number of Macs: 1 Mac $19.99, 2 Macs $36.99, 3 Macs $53.99, 4 Macs $69.99, 5 Macs $84.99, 6 Macs $99.99, 7 Macs $114.99, 8 Macs $129.99, 9 Macs $144.99, 10 Macs $159.99. For more than 10, there are team licenses priced per seat. ### Do you sell licenses for teams? Yes. From 11 Macs, Beaming is sold per seat, from $12 per Mac at 100 seats. Each teammate gets their own key, seats can be revoked and reassigned, and invoices include your tax ID. Email ngminhdung1311@gmail.com for a quote. ### Can I move my license to a new Mac? Yes. Deactivate in Settings › License on the old Mac to free its seat, then activate on the new one. ### Who handles the payment and tax? Polar is the merchant of record: it runs the checkout, adds any sales tax or VAT for your country, and sends the receipt.
